


Recently held Madheshi Community in Victoria’s AGM has finalized it’s new executive team for 2019-2021 . MCV was established in 2014 with motive to promote and preserve culture of Madheshi culture in Victoria . With the signature festival “Chhath Puja”, it has became popular among mass population of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia.
MCV’s third AGM held on 14 Dec 2019 at Coburg has again elected Dr. Surendra Rauniyar as President of the MCV, where Gopal Shah is elected as Vice-President. Simultaneously, new working committee headed by Raniyar, Santosh Karna in the secretary and Pramod Patel in the treasurer. Likewise, in the committee members Jai Chandra Jha, Rina Dev, Sanjeev Kanu, Navin Nayak, Pankaj Sardar, Prakash Karna, Rajinis Shah and Dhirendra Kumar Yadav were elected. In the advisory of the organization, Pawan Sah, Dr. Pankaj Dev and Rajiv Mahato are in the team.
Hari Ram (Pramod) Soni has the responsibility of Media and IT Coordinator, while Jayanti Gupta Sah has been given the responsibility of the Department of Women and Chandan Kumar Sah has been given the responsibility of the Department of Student Affairs.
